So I'm carrying on with the theme of your emails and I'm going to take this episode to give you some ideas, some strategies, tools, hacks, rules, that you can take away to test and play with, to help you manage your inboxes, but be warned, these won't stick long-term or won't even work initially if you don't address the underlying dopamine seeking/emotion avoiding reasons for you diving in to your inbox in the first place…which I talked about in the last two emails.
