085: Unveiling the King's Code: A Deep Dive into Rob's Story!

This week, we have a very special, long-awaited episode for you. We sat down with Rob Montgomerie to finally get his story out into the world (this is part 1 of a multi-part series)! Up until now, Rob has been a private person, happily serving behind-the-scenes, coaching leaders of some of the most powerful companies in the world. You may not be aware that Rob has also been a huge supporter of our work at Desire on Fire, consistently backing us in a myriad of ways to grow as leaders and serve our community at the highest level.  But the birth of his son, Bear, two years ago, has ignited Rob even more deeply into his purpose, and called him step forward into a new role that's more public-facing— in service of doing everything he can to support men especially, and do his part to create the world he wants to leave to his son.  Aimee and I have been asking Rob for YEARS to create a brother program to do the work we do with women at Desire on Fire, and I'm so thrilled to share that he finally said yes!!
