Del cáncer al desafío de sus vidas. Del infierno a tocar una punta de la tierra. De las 337 mujeres que se apuntaron al séptimo Reto Pelayo solo quedaron Ana Álvaro, Ana Fresno, Natalia Cano, Lourdes Arana y Susana Ruiz. Las cinco superaron un cáncer de mama y las cinco se prepararon para un segundo gran reto después de dejar atrás su enfermedad: ir en barco desde Vigo hasta el Círculo Polar Ártico. Más de 2.500 millas náuticas durante 14 largos días para cruzar el paralelo 66, tras superar condiciones extremas y para demostrar al mundo que hay vida después de la enfermedad. Hoy vas a conocer a una de ellas, a Lourdes Arana, es pamplonesa, tiene 55 años, técnica deportiva y coach del optimismo, titulada por el instituto Internacional de humanología, pasó por el cáncer de mama a los 36 años y tiene mucho que contarte.
