SUNDAY CELEBRATION SERVICE TOPIC: LIVING IN THE LIGHT OF ETERNITY 06/07/2025| UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY  We don't live by decisions, but consequences. Living in the light of eternity means considering the consequences of every decision on earth and in heaven. WHY LIVE IN THE LIGHT OF ETERNITY? Life is short (James 4:14). God's plans are eternal (Ephesians 3:9-11). God's rewards and punishments are eternal (Revelation 20:11-12, Hebrews 9:27). EXAMPLES OF PEOPLE WHO LIVED IN THE LIGHT OF ETERNITY Moses (Hebrews 11:24). Paul (Philippians 3:13, Luke 12:16). HOW TO LIVE IN THE LIGHT OF ETERNITY Live with purpose (Ephesians 5:16-17). Invest in what truly matters (Colossians 3:2, Matthew 6:19-20, Mark 14:9). Live holy and watchful (2 Peter 3:9-12). Live as a pilgrim, not a settler (Hebrews 11:9-10). CONCLUSION Living in the light of eternity requires a mindset shift, prioritizing eternal things over temporary ones. By living with purpose, investing in what matters, and living holy, we can make the most of our time on earth and inherit eternal rewards.
