Why should we be creating more than we consume? Aaron Knightley is a self-educated entrepreneur business owner, podcast host, Amazon author, event host, speaker, content creator and family man. Having rapidly grown his social media presence and built multiple revenue streams from his content, he believes the key is to create more than you consume, so I thought I’d find out what he means by this. Aaron came from a lower working-class background with very little whilst growing up, no formal educational qualifications and at one point heading down the wrong path. Today, he's collaborating with some of the UK's most successful business leaders, scaling Peak Performance Events, one of the fastest-growing event companies in the country, and launching new ventures, including a consulting firm and educational platforms like The Breakout Programme and the TikTok Growth Programme. Aaron has grown his TikTok account organically to over 440K followers in just 27 months, amassing over 350 million views. On YouTube, he’s got more than 11.8 million views, and across all platforms, his content has surpassed 100 million views. We chat about how Aaron diminishes the anxiety of worrying about what other people think, as well as how he has grown his profile so rapidly through using TikTok.
