And which My Chemical Romance nerd guessed that his prize-winning graphic novel would be adapted into one of the first Netflix hits of 2019? The Umbrella Academy is a dark, sexy and engaging story about a gaggle of superhero orphans - all grown up and thoroughly broken. While catching up with estranged siblings and trying to overcome their personal demons, they're also attempting to prevent the end of the world.....YA KNOW - LIKE YA DO.
