088: Finding SOLUTIONS When the Crap Hits the Fan!

Today we talked about the important topic of how we face problems in our lives - business, personal or otherwise.  We talked about some recent examples related to our office move and the all-important need to focus on SOLUTIONS.   We shared an example of a problem with a client and some games that were being played as well as throwing fits.  We decided to stay focused on the issue itself, the facts and, again, SOLUTIONS.   It is important to stay calm and remove oneself from the emotions, returning to reason and logic.  We shared some other principles and even some information surrounding my son Lucas and how he operates in his life.  Let's go!
