Mark Manson - Our Problems Are The Same

I am so excited to bring a double dose of Mark this week as I welcome best selling author Mark Manson. Mark Manson has been an influential figure in my life and I’m sure many of you are also followers of his work — I mean who hasn’t read his book “The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F*ck”? Mark and I jam on some common challenges we both saw in our relationship coaching work. We also reflect on the idea of “doing the work” and how this can really become a sticking point for people in opening up to change.
