Chantelle Thomas, PhD, is a clinical psychologist specializing in addiction treatment, trauma and health psychology. As the executive clinical director at The Manor, in Slinger, Wisconsin, Dr. Thomas provides daily guidance to the clinical team in addition to the individual time she spends with guests and their families.
