#089 Mike Pupius

Mike Pupius is a mindfulness and meditation expert who runs The Centre For Mindful Life Enhancement here in Sheffield. Mike has worked in some hugely stressful environments in his career and, discovered meditation as a tool for managing his own stress and anxiety when he was experiencing work/life challenges.  Since then Mike has gone on to create The Centre For Mindful Life Enhancement and has taught mindfulness courses to over 700 people for free, he regularly volunteers as a park ranger here in the Peak District and, helps refugees who recently came to the UK too. Mike is a wealth of knowledge on all things mindfulness, meditation and general life enhancement and I hope you all enjoy this rather different to the usual episode.
