La cuenta atrás para la romería ha comenzado. La gala ‘Se hace Camino al Andar’ sirve de preámbulo a la celebración mariana más destacada del mes de mayo. Se dio a conocer el cartel y libreto de romería y se declamó del pregón a cargo de Isabel Higueras López, una peregrina que vive con intensidad la romería desde su más tierna infancia. Un pregón cargado de “fuerza y sentimiento” en el que se ensalzó la figura de los peregrinos, en su camino de fe hacia la ermita de la peña, y en el que las canciones interpretadas en directo, fueron hilo conductor, emocionando al numeroso público asistente. Un evento cargado de arte, con el baile de la escuela 12 palmas y la música en directo que acompañó a la pregonera.
