Justin Vaughn is a 29-year experienced attorney providing general counsel services to for-profit and non-profit businesses. He spends most of his time helping to establish, build, protect, and sell closely held businesses. Justin has been voted Best of the Best among attorneys 27 times in Colorado and Arizona. He has also been recognized as a 5280 Magazine Five Star Services Provider. He has written legislation, published law articles and legal treatise chapters, and served on judiciary selection committees. He has also served as a local bar association chair and as a Juvenile Court Diversion Program Judge. Justin has founded two free legal clinics, founded a branch of United Way, served on multiple charitable boards, was Chair of a Chamber of Commerce, and was President of his Rotary. He currently serves on the board of Make-A-Wish, and he serves as Past Chair of the Douglas County Community Foundation. Because of his commitment to service, Justin was honored as the 2007 Philanthropist of the Year.
