09: Love

Hello and Welcome to episode 9 of our podcast where we take on a deep topic of Love, Grief, and True Surrender! The topic of love resonates deep within all of our cores and touches on the essence of life, human struggles, and the place of belonging outside of limited notions of self. In this episode we attempt to define love, or, more accurately, all the definitions of love that have come to convolute its nature. We attempt to stretch and expand the concepts of love into the depths of being, both as a parental and partner type of love. We touch on the aspects of limits, definitions, and obstructions we set in place to receive less than, or to find love in some form of lack and what we can do to open ourselves up to true love and true surrender, and to uncover all that is not love from the way of being. Diving deep into the limiting notions of self are what cause us to experience lack of love, lack of happiness, and an ultimate dissatisfaction with living.
