090: Intuition, Forgiveness & Sharing Your Story with Lucy Brand

Hello Couragemakers and welcome to episode 90 of The Couragemakers Podcast! For this week's episode, I'm talking with Lucy Brand. Lucy Brand is an Intuitive Business Coach & Speaker supporting women entrepreneurs to know they ARE enough and can fearlessly achieve their wildest dreams and desires in business and life. Lucy combines her digital marketing experience with energy work & Shamanic healing to address your inner game of mindset & energetic alignment with outta game business strategies. Lucy lives in Brighton in the UK  and is a massive Dungeons and Dragons fan, can be found attending moon circles, practising yoga with the hubby, cooking up a storm in the kitchen or visiting the sea.  In this episode, we dive into intuition and how it has played a huge role in Lucy's life and her business, how life becomes so much more colourful when we are ready to and are able to show up as our entire selves and the journey Lucy has been on to get to that place. We also talk about how Lucy's life has changed since she started asking for help, how some of the biggest lies we tell are the ones we tell ourselves and the transformative powers of forgiveness.
