090 - Part 27 - Why you aren't fitting it all in - Lack of efficiency

So last week we talked about effectiveness. And that always comes first. Before efficiency - that is important to note. So if you haven't listened to that episode before this one, go back and listen to that episode.  There is a saying that I will never forget hearing from a guy called Peter Drucker  -  And that is that "There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all". Ok so we don't want to be optimising and making more efficient sh*t we shouldn't even be doing - that aren't necessary to us getting the results we want.  And most people do start here trying to optimise what shouldn't be done at all. And I did that too when I first found the world of personal development.
