091 Open Concept

Episode 91 – Open Concept   I absolutely love pushing the boundaries of what is possible in Veterinary Medicine and indeed the Veterinary Industry. In this thought-provoking episode, Nora and I chat about our newly embraced "Open Concept", which allows for more transparency, owner presence and owner contribution to their pets' health and treatment.
