92.  İman etmiş bir kişinin iman etmiş bir başkasını öldürmesi caiz değildir.        Şayet hataen öldürmüşse, mümin bir köleyi azat etmesi ve diyet ödemesi gerekir        Ailesine. Fakat onların sadaka olarak o kişiyi bağışlaması başka bir şeydir        Netice itibariyle ölen kişi mümin ama size düşman bir kavimdense eğer,        İşte bu durumda mümin bir köleyi özgürlüğüne kavuşturmak gerekir.        Şayet sizinle anlaşma halindeki bir topluluktan ise durum şöyledir;        Ailesine diyet vermesi ve mümin olan bir köleyi azat etmek gerekir.        Nitekim diyet ve köle azat etme imkanı olmayanlara ise şunlar gerekir;        İki ay kesintisiz oruç tutsun. Bu Allah'tan tövbedir. Allah Alim'dir Hakim'dir. 93.  Şüphesiz kim bir mümini kasıtlı öldürürse, onun yeri ebedi cehennemdir.        Allah ona gazap edip lanetlemiştir. Kendisine büyük bir azap hazırlamıştır. 94.  Nitekim ey iman edenler! Allah yolunda savaşa çıktığınızda dikkatli olun,        İhtiyatla tüm araştırmanızı yapın. Selam verene, geçici dünya hayatının        Sevdasına düşüp: "Sen mümin değilsin" demeyin. Asıl ganimet vardır        Allah katında. Siz de önceden böyleydiniz.
