092 – Winter’s Tavern: CJ

CJ is the soon-to-be new owner and proprietor of Winter’s Tavern in Pacifica, CA.  Winter’s website tagline “No, Really, IT’S ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC!” is no lie, they feature independent, original live music acts weekly. It’s the new happening spot in the Bay Area to catch some great live music, and kick back to some excellent independent beers and spirits, and most are brewed and distilled by local California or Oregon establishments.  CJ has a rich history of working in the restaurant and bar business, which he discusses in detail, with plenty of amazing stories along the journey.  He also talks about becoming a new father, wanting to lay down some roots in the Bay Area, and how he became owner of Winter’s Tavern.  We also talk to CJ about his love of music.
