094: Is Baptism Essential?

Is baptism essential? Most Christians would emphatically say “YES!” but we’ve noticed that to what extent is baptism essential is not always agreed upon. For example, is baptism essential for salvation? For growing in one’s faith? For washing away original guilt? For entrance into heaven?
