How anxious are you right now? Do you know how to identify what makes you anxious?   Anxiety is spinning all around our culture right now. As we lead through the complex times we're having to identify and process our own anxiety while simultaneously helping those we lead process theirs. Leadership was complex before COVID-19, but it is really complex right now.  In this episode, Alan has a conversation with pastor and author, Steve Cuss. Steve was on the podcast back on episode 26 where he discussed his book Managing Leadership Anxiety.  Steve talks about practical ways of identifying and acknowledging our anxiety through physical cues in our bodies. He gives insight into some of our deeper sources of anxiety in leadership and how those can be compounded right now.
