094 - What would you use an extra 6 hours for?

So I wanted to dive into this question today…What would you use an extra 6 hours for? If I could give you 6 hours back in your week. What would you use it for?   And I want to dive into this - because a lot of my clients have the thought -  "If only there were more hours in the day" or…"I just need an extra day each week"...   It is so common.    And I used to frequently say this to myself too.    And I'm guessing if you are in my world, you also catch yourself saying this to yourself.   And it's actually a really important question to explore.    Because we actually do need to know what we want it back for, in order to get it back in the first place.
