Do you go around letting your bosses or senior colleagues know that it "Must be nice" to be in their position? If you do, we suggest you take a step back and look at the extra time that individual put in to get into that position. Not a lot of people see the late nights because they are with their family doing something. Those who put the time in are in those positions for a reason.
