Here’s a little more about Dominic: Dominic Scaffidi’s purpose is to “awaken greatness.” As a certified executive coach, he fulfils this purpose by partnering with individuals to point them back toward the unlimited potential and possibility of who they really are. By accessing their own innate wisdom, clients are supported to take on important professional and personal goals. In 2008, following a 20-year corporate career, Dominic founded HR Possibilities to provide three core services: 1) Individual Executive Coaching for senior leaders, entrepreneurs and high performing individuals. 2) Team Coaching for senior executive teams 3) Training for leaders and people managers to learn “how to be a Great Coach rather than a good boss.” Dominic has worked with leading edge, global organizations across a variety of industries. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed through the International Coach Federation and has been awarded two Prism awards for excellence in coaching within organizations. He is also grounded in the Three Principles and certified as a transformative coach through Michael Neill’s coach academy.
