096 - Is coaching a scam or will it actually help me?

Hey lovelies, so an unusual episode for me today - I normally just dive into your problems and try to help you solve them on here and I don't normally address controversial topics, and share my views or even dive deep into what I do and why I do it, and how it works - but I decided today that I would - because I've seen some stuff that is going around in the media, and some stuff within the coaching industry lately - and my own mother said something to me yesterday about it - which fuelled the fire in my belly about this. So I'm just going to address it on this episode and dive right in.    So what am I referring to? The lighthouse coaching scandal. Let's talk this through.
