096: Pivot to Opportunity

from Time to Pivot

How can we positively shift our thinking in the midst of a necessary pivot, when fear, stress and uncertainty might be outweighing our confidence? These last two months of 2025 have brought more life-changing events than I expected in the whole year! While it’s easy to go to the sad or broken-hearted place and stay in bed for days at a time, that won’t serve me well for long. Instead, I’m choosing to look at a home and city on fire, a broken ankle, and a delayed temporary housing situation as new opportunities I wouldn’t have received without the tough stuff. I’m sharing 3 opportunities we have to grow during a time of pivot. Let’s seize them and become more resilient together, shall we? Highlights:(1:20) When Life Throws Curveballs(3:47) Faith Under Fire(11:32) The Magic of Connection(16:05) New Digs - New Adventures & Delays(22:52) Rolling with Change & Sharing your StoryMentioned:Episode 94: Counting Blessings in the FireGet support here:CA Wildfire Resource linksFree Confidential 24/7 CRISIS TEXT LINE FOR Mental health Support - text HOME TO 741741Enjoying the Time To Pivot podcast?
