Mike and Mitch start begin by briefly discussing the death of Tina Turner, may she rest in peace, and documentaries about celebrities both alive and dead. Mitch describes a recent realization that connects Tina Turner to his wedding. Mike then brings up yet another Grocery Gripe where he discusses a new negative experience at the grocery store, and Mitch counters with a Grocery Great where he describes a positive experience. Mike relates to the positive experience by telling a recent story of a trip to Chilis. Mike also complains about the weather in California, as his allergies have been acting up. Mitch then introduces a new segment called "Everyone's On A Spectrum" and their main discussion revolves around the spectrum of so called "Big Dick Energy vs. Small Dick Energy."
