097. Not only should honesty be a policy, it should be a lifestyle as well!

A lesson Nick taught Kyle a few years ago when it came to running a business is that honesty is the best policy. When Kyle spoke to Nick about a project and the issues he was running into, Nick called out the BS. Honesty has since turned into a lifestyle for not only Nick but Kyle. The ability to tell a client what is going on like a vender not having the stone in the store in time, or machinery breaking causing a delay. It is always best to communicate these things as they happen to the customer so that they are aware in real time, and you aren't putting yourself in a corner to come up with an excuse as to why you didn't let them know.
