098 - 3 Simple Steps To Getting Your Time Back Part 2

from School Hours or Less: The Podcast for Mums & Moms Building Profitable Businesses Around Family Life · host Kirsty Knight

So this is part 2 of the 3 simple steps to getting your time back and we are diving into the first problem we have to tackle if you want to get some time back from your business.    So the first problem that we need to tackle if you have it, in order to get your time back - is that your business, as it stands, actually requires more hours to run it each week operationally, than you have available to give it.    So like I said last week - The number of tasks and projects and demands from your business each week - when added up - equate to more hours than you have got to give. So you have a time supply & demand mismatch.     So this means that no matter how hard you work, how long you work for, how many hours you try to squeeze in each week, you simply won't be able to get it all done if it's just you.  Let's dive in to how to fix it!
