When I was deep into the corporate world and I was either at KPMG or had just joined Deloitte, I bought my first flat and loved it. I went to my favourite furniture store, just to buy one or two items and ended up ‘kitting’ the whole flat out with it.  A very hefty bill, but I was so, so pleased and excited to have BoConcept all over my flat and I still have some of those pieces today. You just cannot beat quality! Now, let’s jump 20 years and here I am talking with the Chairman of the Board Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae. Sanna’s career span over 30 years in the business and we had an in-depth conversation about the state of play in the retail industry, now and predictions for the future.  Very fascinating and at times poignant discussion and I loved how Sanna dissected everything and make you understand why a certain direction was taken when everything pointed elsewhere. Some interesting facts about Sanna: She is the Chair of a number of  Nordic corporations in the retail and manufacturing industry.
