099: Chillderburg - A Pop Up Anarchist Village, in Texas!

from The Art and War Podcast

Joining B.R and Nathan this week is Jacob, host of the Tasting Anarchy Podcast and the main organizer behind the Texas based liberty campout event: Chillderburg. Jacob and the lads talk about what Chillderburg is, the pop up Anarchist village now in it’s fifth year, how the event started off as a joke about drinking alone to counter-protest the illuminati Bilderberg gathering, networking and hanging with liberty minded people beyond the firearm space from all sorts of different backgrounds, Jacob talks about the events including the music and comedy show featuring Austin based comedians and the general atmosphere of the camp. The guys also get into the culture of homeschooled children at Chillderburg and how it's a great opportunity to talk to families doing it and see how great it's working out for their kids, the networking possible with freedom lovers of all different skillsets and the major white pill of seeing community build year after year. Also discussed is the topic of 'Intentional Communities', the long term goal of Chillderburg is to become a permanent township based upon shared liberty centric values, Jacob gets into the 're-small towning' of America as people flee the cities and become more self reliant and how he hopes to get ahead of that and B.R (jokingly) questions the cult status of Chillderburg goers. For all those interested in building real, freedom loving community, come hang with Nathan and B.R at Rebbeca Creek Campgrounds, Texas the 26th-29th of May Memorial Day Weekend and be sure to purchase camping tickets at Chillderburg.com!
