Kendi nefsiniz, anne-babanız, yakınlarınız bile olsa,         İster zengin, ister fakir olsun, Allah için şahitlik ettiğinizde adaletli olun.         Şüphesiz Allah, ikisine de sizden daha fazla sahiptir. Sizden daha fazla korur.         Adaleti uygularken nefsinize, hevesinize uymayın. Bir tarafı iyi gözetir, korur da         Nitekim öbür tarafa yüz çevirirseniz, Şüphesiz Allah yaptığınızdan haberdar olur. 136. İnanın Allah'a ve Peygamberine ey iman edenler! İnanın indirdiği kitaba, elçisine,         Sizden önce indirdiği kitaba da. Kim Allah'a, meleklerine, kitaplarına, elçilerine,         Ahiret gününe inanmazsa, şüphesiz ki; doğru yoldan uzak bir sapkınlıkla sapmıştır. 137. Nasıl ki, önce iman edip sonrasında inkara sapan kimse, tekrar iman edip saparak,         İnkarını bu şekilde artırır. Allah affetmez onları, doğru yola iletecek de değildir. 138. Şüphesiz münafıklara müjde ver. Onlara hakikaten çok acılı bir azap vardır. 139. Ancak onlar, müminleri bırakarak kafirleri dost edinir. Yoksa kuvveti onlarda mı umarlar?         Nasıl onlarda ararlar ki, hiç şüphe yok ki, bütün kudret ve yücelik Allah'ındır . 140. İndirdiği kitapta; Allah'ın ayetlerini, inkar edip, eğlendiklerini duyarsanız eğer,         Söz başka bahisten açılıncaya kadar onlarla oturmayın. Yoksa siz de onlarla beraber         Aynı olursunuz" diye emredilmiştir. Managing Next Generation Energy Systems Cambridge University Background Stakeholders working with energy systems have to make complex decisions formulated from risk-based assessments about the future. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile.
