#1,060 Out of State Actors in Idaho's Initiative Process & HJR 4 with Victor Miller

Victor Miller is an Idaho political analyst and extremely concerned about the monied interests and outside influence on our initiative process. He personally filed several complaints with many Idaho offices regarding the marijuana initiative ballot signing process. He wants to work to revise the process so it is more secure and it is more difficult for outsiders to influence Idaho laws.
