  Rubbin' is racing!   What do I want? That's a question that has an easy answer, but attainment of the answer, sometimes, is as tough as catching lightning in a bottle.     Asking yourself the question, listening and then answering honestly is hard to do, especially if you are coming off a fall.  Sometimes you get up and run so hard at catching the lightning you don't realize what's in front of you.  BOOM!  All of your forward momentum and energy carries right into the WALL.      You know it; the one I am talking about. It has hundreds of your own scratches, slams, rubs, and tire marks on it from where you slammed into it. When you are cruising, that's easy to do. At points, I've hit the wall.  It's been a long process but hitting the wall is tough and when you do it enough times, it starts to hurt.  You sacrifice you're mind, motivation, pride, and heart.       Why does it happen and how do we stop it?  Setting goals and finding equalibrium in our lives.       Believe me, I am not done falling, or, for that matter getting back up!  One thing I have learned is that setting goals is key, but maintaining equalibrium and a keeping good pace will keep you focused on the lightning while keeping the wall in view.
