In this episode, host Richard Mendelow's wingman Christy Mendelow is also his guest and wears her professional coaching "hat" as they continue in their new year series entitled “The Fullness of Faith.” The focus of this series is the process of faith. In the first show of this series, they said that the process of Christianity has three parts which Jesus outlined when he said, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind and, love your neighbor as yourself.” They said that part one is to love God, part two is to love your neighbor, and part three is to love yourself. In this episode, they switch things up and focus on part two, loving yourself, not as the secular world tells you but as the Bible does.
