Olympia LePoint is a contemporary "Hidden Figures" woman--recall the movie from a couple years ago. Olympia is a 'rocket scientist' who helped launch 28 space missions in her nearly 10 year career with Boeing. She shares her story to encourage us to push beyond perceived failures. She failed math and science until the 11th grade and then in university graduated 5th in her class of thousands. She was the youngest scientist hired by Boeing at age 21. In 2004 she was the recipient of the Boeing Professional Excellence Aware.
