Scott is joined by Dan McKnight of Bring Our Troops Home to discuss the prospects for Defend The Guard legislation in 2022. The legislation seeks to recognize the proper use of the National Guard as laid out in the Constitution by allowing States to block the deployment of their National Guard forces to foreign combat operations unless Congress declares war.
