Yesterday I talked about the health benefits of laughter and today I want to talk about the its benefits to relationships. Wanna find a hot date? Make sure you have a sense of humor as most people rate that as more important than looks, money or sex drive. 

Wanna have a long marriage? You’d better have laughter to get through the years of change. Studies of long term marriages show that laughter is key to their longevity. 

Struggling through a personal tragedy? Laughter is a great way to ease the tension and build community with others who have suffered the same loss and connect to them as you heal. 

Laughter is an incredibly power element of bonding with others, so find reasons and ways to laugh today!
