1/6/21 - Suffering in the Rain

This was a unique week for our podcast as our live meeting occurred on the day the United States Capitol was besieged during the voting confirmation for our president-elect. Several people were killed and representatives had to be evacuated. We spent the evening sharing our present moment experience and talked about how we can reduce struggle and stress by transforming the way we relate to it through anticipation and adaptation. This talk deals with Buddhist themes related to the 2nd Arrow Parable, the First Noble Truth.  Gregory Maloof is a western Dharma teacher from the Ruth Denison lineage.
