New details about the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students. Suspect Bryan Kohberger appeared in an Idaho courtroom for the first time yesterday. Newly-unsealed court documents reveal how police say they identified him, and linked him to the crime. This morning, the House begins another historic day of deadlock over choosing a speaker. Republican leader Kevin McCarthy has failed to secure the votes he needs after 11 ballots. The process hasn't gone this far in more than 150 years. There's more good news about Buffalo Bills player, Damar Hamlin. Doctors treating him said he's awake and he has made "substantial progress" -- as he receives treatment following a cardiac arrest on the field Monday. And last night, the NFL said the match-up between the Bills and Cincinnati Bengals will not be rescheduled. In Mexico this morning, a major city is under lockdown after security forces arrested the son of the drug kingpin, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman yesterday.
