1-9-23: Turning obstacles into opportunities

How to capitalize on them and recognize them when they come along. Sometimes opportunities come along that look like hardships and that was very true for the great Doris Day. Doris Day was a famous actress, dancer and singer. When she was young all her focus was on dancing until a near fatal car accident caused her to suffer a broken leg. While in the hospital Doris started singing to pass the time, idolizing and imitating Ella Fitzgerald. She discovered she had an excellent voice and went on to have an amazing career as an actress and singer with numerous hits. Without that terrible accident Doris Day may have solely focused on dancing, robbing herself and all of us of her beautiful voice.
