This week I’m talking to Aimee Garcia Marshall.

Aimee is a friend and fellow yoga teacher based in Pinner, North London. I chat to Aimee about all sorts of things; her life before yoga, how she started teaching, challenges she has faced setting up her own studio, what it was like to be on the cover of Om Yoga magazine as well as how she’s been coping during the pandemic. She, like every guest, also answers my Quickfire Questions and tells us her Savasana Sounds.

Aimee’s Savasana Sounds: These Habits by Oliver Koletzki, Pyur.
