1 | Ask / Seek / Knock
from Legacy Discussions Hosted by Legacy Church Forest
What happens when we actually believe that God hears us? Welcome to the first episode of Legacy Discussions. In this message, Pastor Adam explores Jesus’ invitation in Matthew 7: “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” Through Scripture, we are reminded that prayer is not simply about bringing our requests to God. It is an invitation to draw near to a Father who is good, to seek Him with faith, and to trust that He responds to those who earnestly seek Him. From Jesus’ teaching on prayer to the faith described in Hebrews 11, we explore what it means to ask boldly, seek faithfully, knock persistently, and trust God for what we cannot yet see. Listen in as we begin Legacy Discussions with a conversation about faith, prayer, persistence, and the goodness of our Father.
