Guys I’m back! I’m back for good - I will be releasing new episodes Wednesdays Fridays and Sundays CONSISTENTLY. Many of you have come across this podcast awhile back and as mentioned in this episode I’ve broken one of the key fundamentals of the compound effect. Consistency. Why is it that when something works as human creatures we often have a tendency to stop doing it? What if you were to instill 1 new habit or take away one and consistently do it until your last days days here on this wonderful earth of ours. We can all personally admit that that would make a difference for us and yet we don’t do it. Let’s reflect and find a way to do that. One way to do it is by attaching a new habit to something that you are already consistently doing. More on that in part 2. But for now - thanks for taking a listen. Releasing an episode 3 times a week - Wednesday, Friday and Sunday will be my new habit I’m adding. Y’all can hold me accountable. As you can see I’ve attached a specific day to it to make the goal more realistic and giving myself direction. Again more on that later...what works for you.
