TL;DR The 1 billion dollars grant from Coefficient Giving to GiveWell is very exciting and will improve the lives of millions. Is it a change in the equilibrium of funding for implementation organisations within the cost-effectiveness focused global health and development space? I argue that it could be and share some thoughts of what the implications of that may mean. Disclosure: I am the CEO of Fortify Health, an organisation that has received funding from GiveWell.
