1 Corinthians 6:9–11 (ESV) — 9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. A FAILURE TO RECOGNIZE THE FUTILE STATE OF THE WORLD!   (v1,4-7)GO TO LAW BEFORE THE UNRIGHTEOUS? Romans 13:1-7, Titus 3:1-8, 1 Peter 2:13-17   A FAILURE TO RECOGNIZE THE FUTURE AND FRUITFUL WORK OF CHRIST IN THE SAINTS!   (V2-3) THE FUTURE PARTICIPATION IN THE WORK OF CHRIST AT HIS RETURN (   JUDGMENT IN THE KINGDOM Daniel 7:22, Matthew 19:27–28, Revelation 20:4   JUDGEMENT OF ANGELS 2 Peter 2:4, Jude 6 , Revelation 20:7–10     (v7-8) The Fruitful participation in Christs work now Proverbs 19:11 (ESV) — 11 Good sense makes one slow to anger, and it is his glory to overlook an offense. Colossians 3:12–17 (ESV) — 12 Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. 15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. 17 And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
