1 Corinthians: Problems: Human Wisdom vs. Wisdom of God (Chapters 1-2)

The word of God says, “Now I plead with you brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing and that there be no divisions among you.” Welcome you today to our study of the book of 1 Corinthians. 1 Corinthians is all about dealing with problems that may arise in the church from a biblical perspective. One of the main problems and probably the key passage to the whole book shows us that the main problem in Corinth dealt with spiritual maturity. Why were there problems arising in the church of Corinth? You've got people on all different levels of spirituality in the church in Corinth, but there seems to be a predominant number of people who are spiritually immature.
