1 Corinthians: Sins Against the Body (Chapters 5-6)

‘The word of God says a little leaven leavens the whole lump,’ 1 Corinthians 5:6. Welcome you to our study of chapters five and six in the book of 1 Corinthians. Today's lesson is going to be addressing Paul's thoughts or God's thoughts on the subjects of immorality in the church and should Christians take out civil lawsuits against one another. Both very practical and relevant topics for our day today as well, and so we want to invite you to get your Bible ready, as we're going to look to the word of God on these issues. Today we're thinking about some very serious moral problems that the church was facing in the first century and that Christians and the church may have to face today as well.
