1 Easy Way to Get Your Veggies In

There are few things that everybody can agree on. One is that eating your vegetables is something you should be doing.  High performers value their health because, without it, they can't make the impact they want to make in the world. They don't get to perform at their very best if they're feeling groggy, cloudy, or tired. So in this episode, I'm going to share with you how I make green smoothies and how they are the coolest thing since sliced bread. I have found that green smoothies are the easiest way for me to get my greens in and when I drink them, I feel like I just had a cup of coffee. Here's how I make my smoothies: 1. Get a big bag of leafy green veggies, apples, bananas, and frozen pineapple chunks. 2. Get a box of freeze-proof Mason Jars and a blender. 3. Fill your blender to the top with the leafy vegetables and halfway with water and blend. 4. Add your apple and banana and blend. 5. Add the pineapple chunks and any superfoods you want to add like Chia seeds, green powder, goji berries, etc. 6. Pour contents into your freeze-proof Mason Jars and throw them in the freezer. Thaw them out each night so you get to wake up to a delicious and nutritious green smoothie.
