Throughout his career, Chief Sendelbach has been recognized as a progressive and visionary leader with a deep commitment to firefighter health and safety, community risk reduction, and wildfire preparedness.Prior to joining LFRA, Chief Sendelbach held leadership roles across multiple fire service organizations, where he focused on advancing training, operational readiness, and innovative approaches to protecting both the public and first responders.
