This is the first part of my own story from Evangelical Christianity, to chronic illness and health breakdown, healing, getting into new age spirituality, growing up, exploring sexuality, and deciding to train as a sexologist. Because even when I didn't consciously believe it anymore, I still felt the lingering shame in my body until I started sexual healing work.
